Pet Policy

We are pet friendly! Cats and dogs are welcome! We do not allow exotic species or other types of pets. 

Pets - Max 2 Allowed per household

Refundable Pet Deposit: $150 per household  

Non-Refundable One-time Pet Fee: $150 per household  

Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet  

 

The weight limit is 50 lbs. for dogs. 

The following breed restrictions apply:  Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Bullmastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Eskimo Spitz, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier) Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf.  Any breed that is mixed with one of these breeds is also restricted.
